First ROOT your device. If you dont know how to root then download and install 'Universal Androot' Android app and then you can easily root your device.

Steps to Flash your deveice by clockworkmod -

1) Put cwm6recovery.img in your sd card.

2) Download and Install Recovery Manager Android app DOWNLOAD

3) Start it and go to Recovery Manager app and click install recovery.

4) Select cwm6recovery.img and there is an error but just ignore it. Now reboot your phone.

5) After starting of device, press Home and Lock button simultaneously.

6) Now you are in recovery mod.

And here you can flash any rom.

MAKE SURE YOU DO BACKUP OF YOUR CURRENT ROM BEFORE DOING ANY CHANGE!!!
